Ms. Crest has been involved in all aspects of graphic design, layout and publishing since a very young age.
By 12-years-old, she was assisting her Mother with all the requirements of magazine publishing. Mary Crest was the assistant editor of D.A.Y. Magazine (Dialysis and You) in the early 70s.
From the days of grid paper taped atop light boxes, and typewritten text cut out and lined up carefully to match the grid, to the days of computers and pixels... Caitlin's experience is long-standing.

As the Editor in Chief of a number of small publications throughout her life, Caitlin's biggest project was her 2 years with The Center Post.
The Center Post was a 28-32 page magazine, published once a month by the Long Beach Gay & Lesbian Center.
Responsible for all aspects of the design, content and editing of many free-lance writers, Caitlin's editing skills were honed fine.

Caitlin is a published author and poet. Her writings have appeared in hipfish (an arts and culture rag out of Astoria, OR), in Girlfriends, Curve, The Arizona Women's Journal, and several places on the internet.
